Your messages and requests
When you contact us and provide your details, we collect your name, country of residence, email address and phone number, including its country code. We use this information to handle your request and contact you when necessary.
Anonymous prayer requests
If you choose to remain anonymous, your contact details are not saved with your prayer request and we cannot call you back. To protect your anonymity, avoid including information in your message that could identify you.
Newsletter
Sending a message or prayer request does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter. If you choose to subscribe, your email address, first name, phone number and subscription category are sent to Kit to manage your subscription. You can unsubscribe using the links in our newsletters.
Hosting and form protection
Requests are stored in a private Cloudflare database accessible to the team responsible for handling them. Their contents are not published on the website. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to limit automated abuse; this check may process technical connection information.
Retention and requests about your information
Information submitted through our forms is retained to handle requests and follow up on them. To request a correction or deletion of your contact details, contact Sponsored By Grace through the Contact page or via WhatsApp. Subscriber details continue to be used for the newsletter while the subscription is active.
